Education and Training

Ahan Foundation is committed to:

Educating individuals with disabilities, their families, professionals from various fields, and the general public about disability-related challenges.
Promoting acceptance and appreciation of people with disabilities as valued community members.
Offering tailored life skills and special education based on individual potential. Areas covered include school readiness, school education, post-school support, vocational training readiness, and caregiver training.

Financial Principles

Ahan Foundation:

Operates on a non-profit basis. Any surplus generated will be channeled back into the foundation’s objectives.
Accepts financial contributions from various sources including KVIC, banks, local authorities, and non-government agencies.
Engages in the acquisition, management, and transfer of movable or immovable assets related to the institution.

Empowerment Initiatives

We aim to:

Empower families and caregivers by providing hands-on experience and sharing information about beneficial schemes for persons with disabilities.
Conduct training sessions for students, workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns for various stakeholders.

Counseling and Medical Support

Our support extends to:

Collaborating with medical and paramedical professionals.

Execute and support Khadi and Village Industry (Gramodyog) programmes.
